The Presidential Practice is committed to successful leadership in higher education. Established in 2004 by Ann Duffield and James Galbally who spent 25 years plus at the University of Pennsylvania and played major roles in the Pew Higher Education Roundtable, TPP is a group of former college and university presidents and chancellors who provide specialized counsel to current presidents and chancellors and their senior staffs. We assist both new and experienced presidents, provosts and other senior leaders with institutional audits, strategic planning, new projects, financial and management issues, and transitions.
The Reading Room contains essays, transcripts, interviews, and miscellanea relating to work and life in the office of the presidency. Read the transcript of a dinner discussion held by Mary Patterson McPherson, Former Vice President of the Andrew W.
